Ghettometal is a high-energy genre-blending music collective based out of Los Angeles, California. They fuse elements of hip hop, metal, rock, and R&B into a bold, hybrid sound that pays homage to the legends of heavy music while pushing into new territory. Fronted by seasoned East Coast singer/musician Scoonie Gee whois paired with West Coast hip hop veterans, the group aims to create an electrifying live experience and a fresh musical style that bridges urban and metal influences. Their mission is to unite people from all different backgrounds, cultures and color with the common love of great music!

Ghettometal’s sound has been described as imagining a hip hop artist delivering powerful vocals—rapping, singing, screaming, and growling—over hard-hitting metal instrumentation, evoking a gritty and modern fusion reminiscent of urban rock crossover bands like Living Colour, Body Count, Sevendust and Slipknot.
